  13.      DESCRIPTION
  14.           mail copys the file to a file called address
  15.           in uumail: directory. If this does not exists
  16.           mail will fail. This is used to detect mails
  17.           to unknown users.
  18.           mail_axsh copys the file to a file called address
  19.           in uumail: directory. If the user does not exists
  20.           in axsh:etc/passwd mail_axsh will fail. This is 
  21.           used to detect mails to unknown users.
